Ms. Nuqanuqa is a Senior HCM Consultant at Maxumise with over 15 years of experience in HR management roles. Her expertise encompasses strategic HR, capacity assessment and development, recruitment, performance measurement, and training. Ms. Nuqanuqa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History/Politics, Management & Public Administration, a Master in Business Administration from USP, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney. She is a member of both NZHR and FHRI.
