Leonarda is an experienced Senior HCM Consultant at Maxumise with over 15 years in the corporate sector and public sector. Her professional expertise spans a wide range of areas, including sales and marketing, business development, communications, relationship management, customer service, strategic planning and analysis, and project management. Her diverse background allows her to bring a holistic approach to human capital management and organisational improvement. Leonarda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Human Resources and International Business. She is a member of the Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) and the New Zealand Human Resources Institute (NZHR).
