Mr. Ravuvu is a software development specialist, with over 35 years’ experience in IT and software development. Mr Ravuvu audited the HRmonise software prior to the sale, he is critical in providing advice on IT strategies, risk mitigation strategies around software development and management. In the 1990's, he played a key role in the support and development of Government applications, such as Inland Revenue Tax systems, Government Payroll system, Immigration system, Customs and Excise system, Vat system e.t.c. From 1998-2024, he worked at "The University of the South Pacific" managing the support, the development and integration of the University's enterprise applications systems, such as Banner Systems (Student Administration, HR/Payroll, Financial Management and Accounting), Moodle Learning Management System, Data warehousing, Reporting Systems e.t.c. He is based in Fiji and has oversight and provides advice on HRmonise software. He has a MSc Software Systems Technology from the University of Sheffield in the UK and a BSc Maths & Physics from USP.
