Mr. Williams is a financial advisor who had worked with PWC in Fiji and BHP Billiton in Australia and has over 30 years’ experience in his field. He currently does business valuations and acquisitions for companies in Australia. He played a critical role in the financial due diligence carried out as part of the acquisition of Maxumise and HRmonise and also provides specialist advise on Maxumise projects and services to clients. He consults mainly in the mining industry in Australia and travels between Brisbane and Fiji on a monthly basis. He is a Fiji citizen; a Chartered Accountant and Professional Affiliation include CA NZ and IIA Institute of Internal Audit. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Commercial Law from Auckland University.
