Elizabeth Cama is a Maxumise Senior HCM Consultant who has over 15 years’ experience in strategic HR and has critical skills in capacity and capability assessment, recruitment, performance measures, training, and development. She has Bachelor of Arts in Management and Applied Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce: Management and Public Administration. Member of Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) and NZHR, Chairperson of Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation HR Board Sub-Committee.
