Mrs. Uluinaceva is currently the Managing Director of Maxumise and was previously Senior HCM Consultant with Maxumise for over 6 years and has industry knowledge of the organisation. She has over 30 years’ experience in management and executive management positions in the corporate sector, highly competent in strategic planning, organisational structures, with a key focus in Human Capital Management. She has played an instrumental role in growing the Maxumise business over the last 6 years and has been the driving force in developing and successfully implementing Maxumise strategic plan. She has a BA in Economics, Literature and Language and Masters in Business Administration from USP. Member of the Fiji HR Institute and NZHR. Also, member of the Independent Committee for remuneration and allowances for Constitutional Offices.
