
He is a Consultant on Public Management Finance and has over 30 years’ experience in managing Public Financial Institutions and advising Governments through his work with donor agencies not limited to World Bank, IMF, ADB, DFAT, MFAT and USAid. He specializes in public finance and fiscal management in recovering economies and has valuable insight on the economic situations in Fiji and the Region. He was previously the PS for the Ministry of Finance in Fiji and also worked for the World Bank in Washington DC, USA as an Advisor to the Executive Director for South East Asia and Pacific (SEAP). He is currently an adviser/consultant with the Solomon Islands Government, contracted by the New Zealand Government (MFAT) and travels between Solomon Islands and Fiji regularly. Mr Uluinaceva also provides specialist advise on Maxumise projects and services to clients. He has a BA in Accounting and Economics.
